2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal district court in your location
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notifications must be sent to the same contact listed above.

3. Repeat Infringers

Clara Citron may terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright-protected content.
